Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end delivery of IoT product development projects from concept to mass production. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, manufacturing, and QA for smooth execution. Oversee product design to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with customer requirements. Collaborate with R&D teams for technical feasibility and optimal design solutions. Manage transition from development to full-scale production, ensuring efficient workflows and quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and timelines. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring delivery meets expectations. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct regular risk assessments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
